Dr. Volodymyr Dubovyk, Associate Professor of International Relations Department and Director of the Center for International Studies at Odessa National University, will be a Visiting Senior Fulbright Scholar at St. Edward's University for the 2016-2017 academic year.
On September 12, 2016, Volodymyr Dubovyk has delivered a lecture on the challenges and prospects Ukraine faces as it confronts ongoing issues, including:
- Ukraine’s Progress & Challenges in Political & Economic Reform;
- Ukraine’s Relationship with the West and Russia;
- The status of implementation of the Minsk II agreement;
- Ukraine’s Future: Strategies for Moving Beyond Perpetual Frozen Conflict in the East.
The event took place at the Kozmetsky Center of Excellence, St. Edward’s University (Austin, USA).
