So when young people migrate from rural to urban areas their status achieved from parents stays unchanged and is further passed to their children. The question of transition of the agricultural enterprises to the farming style of doing business was actively discussed as well.

Ukrainian experts also analysed Chinese experience and based on this offered the plan of step-by-step reformation of Ukraine. A wider context of global and regional threats with regard to the Russian military aggression was also highlighted in a speech by Sergii Glebov.

Both sides identified the importance of bilateral contacts and relevance of the experience exchange to overcome the major challenges faced by both countries in various fields.
