October meeting of the Seminar on the theory, history and historiography of international relations was dedicated to the theme of South Africa's Nuclear History.
Professor Anna-Mart van Wyk from Monash university South Africa has delivered a talk "From proliferation pariah to non-proliferation hero: South Africa's nuclear weapons journey". In it she has reminded about the major stages of the South Africa's nuclear history, the major decisions behind launching its nuclear program and then ending it.
