The Center for International Studies represent Odesa I. Mechnikov National University within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Rethinking Regional Studies: The Baltic-Black Sea Connection” (586281-EPP-1-2017-1-EE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP)

The project participants are: University of Tartu (Estonia), the project coordinator, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Poland), Lund University (Sweden), Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania), Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (national coordinator), Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Odesa I.I.Mechnikov National University and Mariupol State University.

The main goal of the project is to contribute to the development of higher education in Ukraine and to help universities meet the highest educational standards. In addition, the project aims to internationalize and develop regional cooperation between universities by satisfying their needs for comprehensive knowledge in the field of international relations and regional research. This will develop the potential of higher education in non-EU countries and integrate Ukrainian partners into the EU educational system.
