The Center’s Director Volodymyr Dubovyk has participated in the conference “Five years into Russian-Ukrainian conflict: what role for the West?”. It was held by the Centre of European Neighborhood Studies (CENS) of the Central European University (CEU) in Budapest on May 13, 2019.
In his presentation V. Dubovyk has first focused on the main features of the West’s role in reacting to this conflict in the last five years. He has then proceeded to a list of recommendations for what the West can do in the coming years.
