Volodymyr Dubovyk has delivered a guest lecture for the class on international relations at the Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas on February 15th, 2017.

The lecture was hosted by Dennis Dunn, director of the Center for International Studies at the Texas State. The focus of the lecture was on the ongoing Ukraine - Russia conflict. Prof. V. Dubovyk presented the roots of the conflict, outlined the nature of the relationship between these two countries since 1991, the methods which Moscow used to influence Ukraine and to prevent it from leaving Russia's sphere of control. He then had shared his views on the motivation behind V. Putin's current aggression towards Ukraine.
