Volodymyr Dubovyk has delivered a guest lecture in the class on international organizations taught by professor Kornely Kakachia at the I. Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

In his presentation he has reflected on the lessons one can learn about the responce to a crisis over Ukraine shown by a plethora of international organizations ranging from the U.N. to EU to NATO to OSCE and more. The question was addressed about the efficacy of the variety of international organizations and their capacity to adequately react to crises and conflicts.
