Director of the Center V. Dubovyk participated in The Euro-Atlantic Forum for Leadership and Solidarity which was held to discuss the transatlantic relations between the US and Europe as well as Ukraine’s role in the transatlantic space in Kyiv on April 18-19, 2016.

The Forum was jointly organized by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, the Institute for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation, and the Atlantic Council. V. Dubovyk spoke at the "Political Leadership in the Transatlantic Space" panel. In his presentation he has focused on how the leaders in the West see the current crisis over Ukraine, what drives their perception and attitudes, what shapes out the policies. A specific attention was given to why the West is having difficulties in calibrating its responce to Moscow aggressive line and why the West was caught unprepared for the crisis.
