The conference "Hybrid solutions for the security in the Black Sea region and beyond" (which also was refered to as an Odesa Security Forum) was held in Odesa on March 24-25, 2016. Several of its participants have taken their time to come and deliver lectures to the students of International Relations at the Odesa I. Mechnikov National University.

On March 24 one of the best experts on the Black Sea regional security Dimitris Triantaphyllou (Kadir Has university) has offered his analysis of the trends in this region.

On that same day Peter Pomeranzev (Legatum Institute) has shared his views on what he called "war on information".

On March 25 one of the best experts on Ukraine in the U.S. and former Assistant Secretary of State David J. Kramer (currently a senior director for human rights and human freedoms at McCain Institute) has addressed the most critical challenges before the world of today and explained why still he remains optimistic.


Also, on March 25 James Sherr (Chatham House) has delivered yet another memorable presentation of his, this time focused on the motivations behind the Russian moves of the last two years and why the West was not prepared for any of this.
